I remember the bit of Fox news I saw in Israel. I kind of liked it, they are extremely pro-Israel. But it was obvious to me that they were biased, and I'm wondering if American's also realise that. Take this for example. I mean it's such an exaggeration (LIE), of what happened that it's not even funny. It's actually full of lies that it's almost slander.
Oh the Irony....

Posted by: Matt at February 5, 2004 01:23 AMThere was a time when you could rely (sp?) on the big 3 (ABC, CBS, NBC) to be unbiased. News reporters were proud of being professional and not attached to any particular viewpoint. They just gave the news. Then along came Rush Limbaugh, and later Fox News... where big money was pumped into radio and tv stations to carry a certain brand of news. It moved in so slowly that most Americans didn't notice. And it is aimed, with it's fast paced loud and obnoxious style more as entertainment to exactly the kind of people that are not educated enough to know how to tell what is a biased story and what is unbiased. And they come away from it feeling as if they have been educated. If there was ever an method plotted out for control of the masses in America it would be that. Seriously suspicious.
