Well, I just finished watching the last ever Angel, and I have to say I'm disappointed. Not at the story, which I won't go into because I know people in some places (The UK mainly) won't get to see it for a while, but because the ending didn't feel like an ending at all.
A lot of shows have ended this year (Well 3 'big' ones. Friends; Angel and Frasier). So far the ends are far from stellar. Buffy the vampire slayer had a great ending, hell even the Bob Newhart show had a great ending. Too bad current shows suck at it.
I don't have a pont to this, I just wanted to vent my frustrations.
My only hope is that they did the ending that way specifically to leave it open in case the show gets picked up again next season. But yea, my thoughts are pretty much the same as yours :)
