I stumbled upon Auto Assault today while looking at NCSoft's web page.
It looks pretty original, with the huge influx of MMOGs lately, it's nice to see someone is trying something new.
But why am I telling you this? Well, the tag line reads "A Massively Multiplayer Vehicular Combat Game set in a Post-Apocalyptic Future" (my emphasis).
So presumably we are living in the "Pre-Apocalyptic Present"? Notice how many stories/books/games are set "post apocalipse"? Surely when the apocalypse comes, no one will be around to build vehicular combat machines? :)
Oh well, the game looks cool anyway.
