There is a tool I really need, it should be simple enough to write, but I don't have the time, so if anyone reading this does, please try :)
Basically I want a plugin/script for vs.net 2003 that will prefix the caption text with the current solution . Not the project (That's already done) but the solution.
Thanks in advance :)
I think I'm cursed. Over the weekend Karina and I went to look for a new place to live. We saw three places. The first 2 were OK, but not worth moving to, but they did have NTL. The third was an excellent place, but didn't have NTL installed.
So today we did a bit of investigating, the landlord says he doesn't mind, but NTL are not sure if they can give the place service. Now the neighbors can for sure, just not number 27 ! NTL say they can double check, but it will take a few days, and of course I have to give notice to our current place today, so a few days is too slow. So I guess we are going to start looking again soon :) Maybe we can find a nice place in South Hampton.
It's just not fair!
I'm posting this entry with Zempt and wanted to take the opportunity to recommend it :) It allows me to update the log without even going to my web page, and has a built in spell checker, so hopefully this will all make more sense.
Well I bought Jak II renegade. It's great. Naughty Dog are really standing out as the best western developer out there. Jak is just so polished. The only real fault I've found is that there is occasional tearing, which is a pity. The controls are great, the camera is elegant and simple.
I really hope that when people play Sudeki, they think the same things, as I personally am inspired by Jak II
This is more a test than anything interesting (Will there ever been anything interesting on a weblog ? I doubt it). I'm trying to integrate movabletype with my layout. It's pretty easy, movabletype is really good :)
They gave me a new monitor at work today, a ViewSonic VP171s. I can't decide what I think about it. While coding, if nothing is moving, it's great. In landscape mode, the delays while scrolling are even acceptable. The problem is the screen has portrait mode, and the potential is so cool. Coding in 1024x1280 is just great. Problem is the refresh slows down to a crawl and is virtually unusable.
I stumbled upon this webpage, and wanted to put it here so I could find it in the future :) http://home.worldonline.dk/viksoe/index.htm
